Explanation Of The Schedule Views

Each schedule view goes by what date it is at the moment you navigate to the page. This is keeping your schedule views as up to the minute as possible. A 7 day view will go from the day and time of the week it currently is and give you 6 more days after that, and so on. Your schedule is also in real time. If you happen to get a new student that starts tomorrow, you will see it reflected in your schedule as soon as your coordinator saves it. Past schedules will be reflected in the same way.

My Email Or Username Isn't Working For Logging In

The system is case sensitive. This means that if, say, your email is all lowercase and you use an uppercase someplace, the system will not recognize it. This is for security reasons. The same goes for your password.

I Forgot My Password

You can use the Forgot Password feature on the login page which will send you a link to reset your password. If you did not confirm your email, you will need to do this before using the Forgot Password feature. You can click the "Resend email confirmation" link on the login page to confirm your email.

I Forgot My Username

If you forget the username that you created, you can still use your email to sign in. If you forgot both, you will have to contact admin M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM at theresab@whitehouseofmusic.com or ask a manager to look up the email you used to register. If you are a coordinator or manager, contact admin at the email above, ask another manager, or dial Ext. 126 from a store phone.

Can I Use My Username To Log In?

Yes you can! You can use either your email or username to log in.
