I make an effort to approach each student as a unique and promising artist, help students set individual goals, then plan and prepare lesson materials tailored for what they intend to achieve.

Music Education:

Bachelor's Degree from UW-Eau Claire in Violin and Viola performance

Teaching Experience:

Private Music Instructor from 1983 to present (lessons out of my home) White House of Music, West Bend 2005 to present Academy of Music, Menomonee Falls 1996 to 2000 Played with many local orchestras: Concord Chamber Orchestra, Milwaukee Catholic Orchestra, Rochester Symphony, and LaCrosse Symphony

Styles Taught:

I mostly teach Classical, but have taught fiddle and country styles to kids and adults.

Methods Taught:

I am classically trained and teach most of my students with a classical background. I do have other students that I teach fiddle (country), Jazz, and Blues.
