Bio

While I have my roots in Chicago, I have lived in Watertown, WI., for the past several years. Along with my husband Tyler, I enjoy spending time outdoors in the daytime and then playing a good board game in the evening. We also enjoy helping out with the youth group at our church.

Music Education:

I hold a BA in music with concentrations in String Pedagogy and Violin Performance from Maranatha Baptist University.

Teaching Experience:

I have been teaching violin for seven years. I began to teach in college as a freshman and have taught ever since!

Styles Taught:

I am most familiar with teaching classical music, but I also enjoy exploring other genres such as fiddle, jazz, and of course, Disney!

Methods Taught:

I use the Suzuki method as my main teaching material but love to include pieces and songs from elsewhere as well.
